Triple Chocolate Brownies
This is definitely one of my favourite brownie recipes to make, as it's so easy (although most brownie recipes are which is very dangerous) and it's got lots of chocolate in it! It's from the Cook! book from Australian Women's Weekly. They say that these brownies are their most popular item ordered from their test kitchen catering service.
I have made this a couple of times and every time when I bake it and take it out of the oven it has sugar crystals on the top and is bubbling with butter. I don't know if anyone else has used this recipe before and had this same problem??? Let me know. It still tastes ridiculously good though. Feel free to put nuts in them, if that's your thing, but I like mine with just chocolate. Served warm with some home made ice cream (which will be my next post).
Only a few ingredients needed
Melting the butter and dark chocolate
Stir in all the remaining ingredients, then bake
Block of brownie
Triple Chocolate Brownies - from Australian Women's Weekly Cook! book

150g white eating chocolate, chopped coarsely
100g milk eating chocolate, chopped coarsely

2. Combine ingredients in large bowl, then spread into lined baking pan

That's it!

this looks insanely good :)
Melting butter and chocolate - what a lethal combo. I can see some people drooling over this!
You're right, the ease of making brownies is both their blessing and their curse :P These look fantastic!
Wow, they look positively wicked! Delish.
Yum, I love a good brownie. Must try this out soon :)
Hehe snap! I'm into the triples or quadruples at the moment too. What better way to stave off the Winter chills!?
I'm with you Susan, I don't like nuts in my brownies, they take up space of chocolate! :)
I am totally okay with triple chocolate as single chocolate sometimes ain't enough!
